I implemented this because some users complained about the situation when the program is opened with 100% zoom and you load a document that was arranged with a smaller zoom factor. In these cases the contents of the document was out of screen and you have to remind to restore your old zoom factor. - Implemented a new function called ‘Create hieroglyphic group’. Just select the signs you want to arrange in a group and use the right mouse button context menu to automatically resize the selected signs to a group. - Implemented the new code editor to insert hieroglyphs in groups and longer combinations. I recommend reading the manual carefully for detailed information about this new tool. - Added ‘Load last library automatically’ to the desktop tab of the options menu. When activated, Vector Office loads the last used library automatically on start. Most of the components of Vector Office were designed anew or in some cases even rewritten from scratch to improve performance and usability. These changes were made to ensure the future development of Vector Office due to the dramatic changes in Windows programming announced from Microsoft for the next years. - The engine (now called Anubis Vector Engine) was outsourced to a single dll file. - Due to the first point, a complete interface was written that can be called from within the plug-in environment. This interface consists of more than 250 routines available to the development community.
